CADD Centre’s Hardware Distribution Team sells and services specialized Wide Format Printers and Scanners, 3D Printers and associated Software in cities and remote industrial towns, defense locations on the borders, isolated oil rigs etc. The business has many variants – multiple OEMs, several models, many types of service contracts and payment options, 200+ spare parts and toners– imported and domestic etc.

THE CHALLENGE

With an ever-growing customer base, CADD Centre had 2 main goals – 1. Provide Profitability per customer, per model, per manufacturer, per service engineer online to enable quick commercial decisions. 2. Automate customer contract renewal and management, invoicing, payments, credit control and monitoring, call tracking and closure for a smooth operation.
